Hydrogen Fuel Technology - I was a big fan of Hydrogen Fuel as an alternative to gasoline, however there are too many logistical problems with it. In summary - after a careful evaluation of all the issues, I concur with Don Lancaster and believe that terrestrial use of Hydrogen as a Fuel source (err - okay - an "energy transport media") is not logical and should not be adopted (Unless the mean temperature of the earth somehow adjusts to less than -253 degrees).

Despite the huge number of dollars wasted on Hydrogen technology, it is extremely unlikely to ever make an impact. Anyone with a Physics 101 background and knowledge of some of the simpler rules of energy transfer can tell you that the math just doesn't add up. They are right! Rather than repeat what Don has already written in his Guru's Lair, I will reference the material. I highly recommend you download and read this PDF on Energy Fundamentals before running out and investing in companies like Ballard. It saved me a lot of money!!!

Sombrio Freewear Company - this is a clothing company that I started with Dave Watson (yes - my crazy Canadian friend who actually jumped the peleton at the 2003 Tour de France). Sombrio makes excellent clothing for hard core mountain biking, racing and just casual wear.

Matt MacKenzie - my technology partner in Crime. Matt and I founded two start ups together now - XML Global Technologies, Inc and Yellow Dragon Software. We now both work at Adobe Systems post the Nov 2003 acquisition of YDS by Adobe.

Shopping Cart Abuse - This has to be one of the funniest sites I have ever come accross. Kudos for design and content. On the ground - laughing hard!!!!

MulletJunky.com - I used to have a mullet! Here is the picture of me with a mullet. I played in several rock bands back in the early 1980's and loved the mullet look. My first was called "Driven Force" and the second was "Ace Koden". Now - this site plays an important role in documenting the culture and worldwide mullet movement.
